  • What Is INM Service ?

    "INM" stands for "InventoAI Modification Warranty." This service ensures that if any products are rapidly damaged or encounter issues or malfunctioning due to software bugs or hardware problems, we will upgrade the faulty hardware or software. This service is available for B2C customers. In such cases, customers can register their complaints via video calling, and our technicians may visit their location for the upgradation. Alternatively, we may collect the faulty product, upgrade it, and then send back the same or a replacement product. It is crucial to note that the product seal must not be broken during this process, and the products should be within the warranty period with a valid invoice.

    If a similar situation occurs during the standard warranty period, we will accept replacements as long as the seal remains intact and the product is within the warranty period with a valid invoice.
